General

These terms apply to purchases made from Turntable Wax through this website and any direct order channels linked from it.

Products and pricing

All pricing is shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Product listings may describe special-order, preorder, or limited-run items and those categories may carry different lead times.

Orders

Turntable Wax may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, a supplier cannot fulfil the item, pricing is incorrect, or fraud risk is suspected.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using tracked services. Signature-required shipping may be applied to higher-value items, fragile products, or hardware orders.

Damaged goods

If goods are damaged in transit, notify Turntable Wax within 7 days and provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Verified transit damage will be remedied by replacement or full refund.

Returns and faults

Change-of-mind returns for unopened standard items may be accepted within 14 days. Faulty goods are handled in line with applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Preorders and special orders

Preorder and special-order items rely on supplier or production timelines and may ship later than stocked items. Estimated dates are targets, not guarantees.
