Changed your mind? No worries! Unopened records (sealed and in mint condition) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened the record? For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened items unless they’re defective (see below). But feel free to chat with us—we’ll do our best to help!
Defective Merchandise

Warped, skips, or damaged? We’ll swap it! Bring it back within 7 days with your receipt, and we’ll happily exchange it for the same title or issue store credit.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, special orders, or clearance items marked “final sale” can’t be returned. (But gift cards never expire—pass the groove along!)
